Therapeutic General Yoga classes at the Bridge Space offer a breath-centred approach to guided movement that is focused on flowing through various postures, aimed at improving flexibility and strength, while remaining gentle and restorative to the body. 

Classes are specifically designed to balance the mind, body and breath, promoting greater alignment as well as counteracting the impact of modern living. Mindful Movement Yoga classes are accessible and for all ages, fitness levels and for those interested in integrating more mindfulness into the day. Inspired by the practice of Viniyoga, adjustments and modifications are offered, with limited disturbance to the student for a meditative and engaging practice. 

Classes include; guided awareness of the senses, introducing breathing technique, movement in a flow-like sequence, concluding with a meditative practice to end the class. One-on-one sessions are also available through appointment and include a complimentary program, specifically designed to suit your needs and lifestyle.
